In times of emergency, the biggest problem is the large number of people who need help and are in isolation or quarantine, on the other hand there are many others who want to help but do not know how, where and to whom. We will solve this problem with the mobile application "Merci" which will be available to those who seek or offer help.
The application will be available in three languages, Albanian, Macedonian and English.
Those who need help will be able to do so by simply pressing the "Seek Help" button and describing the help. (eg I need funds from the supermarket, I need water, I need to take results to the hospital, I need medicine from pharmacy, etc.). Their request will be saved with "active" status along with their geolocation and it will be available for all who offer any help.
Those who offer help will be able to do the same by pressing the "I offer help" button, and at that moment the user will be able to see on the map all the help seekers in the radius he will choose. Once they have selected a help seeker, they will be able to get in touch through the telephone number so that the assistance can be realized as soon as possible.
